Day 2. We woke up early to go horseback riding on the beach. It was AMAZING! And i was SO proud of the kids for being brave. Especially Mia, who i sort of expected to FREAK OUT on me once we were on that huge animal. But they did great. Okay, 30 minutes into it, they were pretty much bored, but they were troopers and hung on for the rest of the hour. Then (after a memorable gas station stop where bekah took the two kids to the bathroom by herself. hee hee!) we met stephen & the dogs at the beach for a little fun in the sun.

You know Winnie was nervous about the kids on the horses, but these pictures are some of her very FAVORITES!! The kids will always remember this day.
See that second wave in the third picture? I stood right there a little more than a week ago. ;)Can't have too much of the beach!
