baby belaney
that's mia for delaney, our new baby friend that we take care of for just a few hours a week. the kids (to my surprise) looooove having a baby in the house. they "take care of her" by singing loud lullabyes, shaking toys wildly at her, and making plenty of strange noises that make her cry. she is very sweet, though. i love holding her while she takes her nap. and she seems to like the kids (in small doses).

She's adorable! You only have her for a few hours each week? Boo hoo.
Maybe she'll learn to sleep through anything this way. Some of the moms in my church let their older kids make noise during nap time for that very reason. :o)
Back again (putting off studying)... I was reading some of your archives and just had to come say thanks for making me laugh. The "Brokeback Candy Mountain" and "egg in Jack's pants" episodes definitely had me going. More, more!
That baby will look cute with a cool-whip bucket held in front of her!
